Our Customer Experience & Engagement team spent time in the Burlington-Williston area connecting with an incredible group of practices for a recent user group—hosted by Primary Care Health Partners, with Northern Tier Center for Health and Community Health Centers of the Rutland Region joining the conversation.

While the views were unforgettable, the real focus was collaboration:
– Exploring tools like Quadrant Health’s AI receptionist, Global Payments Integrated, and Direct Messaging
– Talking through front desk, billing, and scheduling workflows
– Sharing ideas across practices and across state lines (VT + NY)
