Here's our updated schedule for summer! Rachel of Wise up Wellness will take over the Wed 5:30 pm class starting in June; Mondays will now offer the outdoor option through the Lewiston Rec Dept.

The Chakra Series with Heather of Sacred Middle Wellness continues, covering a different chakra each week before we culminate in an integration of all 7 at our final session June 22nd. You can drop in to any class any of the weeks.

We also have our monthly events, including the continuing New Moon Gatherings and newly added Full Moon Gatherings and Book Club. We start with Joe Dispenza's "Breaking the Habit if Being You" and will discuss Part 1 (Chapters 1-5) at our first meet up. No need to attend all 3 - come to 1, 2, or all 3!!
