🎂 THIS YEAR, I’M ASKING FOR SOMETHING DIFFERENT FOR MY BIRTHDAY… AN INVESTMENT IN OUR YOUTH. 💙✨

Hello, family and friends! For my birthday, instead of gifts, I’m asking you to help me support something incredibly important to my heart: the G.L.O.W. (Go Light Our World) Youth Center at Temple of Faith Ministries TOF Augusta in Augusta, Georgia.

Many of you know me as Domeeka (Meekie) mother, U.S. Army Veteran, federal service employee, business owner, student, advocate, and servant within my community. But another role I am incredibly proud to hold is serving as an active member and Board Member of Temple of Faith Ministries.

Service has been woven throughout so many areas of my life. Whether through government service, wellness and foot care, education, my business, or my church, my goal has remained the same: to help bridge gaps and advocate for people who need someone willing to serve.

Today, one of those gaps involves our children.

Temple of Faith Ministries has begun building the G.L.O.W. Youth Center, and we are currently in Phase 2 of construction. Through our SPARK Campaign, our mission is to create more than a building. We want to create a place where children throughout our church and the CSRA can experience faith, guidance, mentorship, safety, happiness, opportunity, and community.

We see the need. We see the gaps. And instead of simply talking about what our youth need, we are working to build it.

But we cannot do it alone.

💙 So, for my birthday, I am asking you to help me SPARK something greater.

Whether you donate $5, $25, $50, $100, or whatever is placed on your heart, every contribution brings us closer to completing this Youth Center and opening its doors to the children who will benefit from it.

If you cannot donate, sharing this fundraiser is also a tremendous gift. You never know who may see it and feel led to help.

This birthday, I don’t need anything for myself. I would love to see something built that will continue serving children long after my birthday has passed.

Thank you for helping me fulfill one of the greatest responsibilities I believe we have: serving our community and investing in the next generation.
