She has been an amazing volunteer with C.H.A.D., providing us with pro-bono work as an Operations Support Consultant and has been a key support to getting us to where we are today. The C.H.A.D. Chili Cook-Off is coming to Avery's Teahouse in Loveland on Saturday, November 7, from 12–3 PM, and we need YOU!

🥄 Think your chili has what it takes?
Grab a partner and enter a team! Compete in one or more categories: Red, White, Green, or Plant-Based. It's just $30 per team (up to 2 people), and both team members get tasting and voting access. Only 4 spots per category, so don't wait!

🤝 Own a business or want to give back?
Become a sponsor! Levels start at $250, with recognition at the event and on our social media. You can even put your name on a chili category: "Green Chili Competition presented by YOUR BUSINESS" 🏆

🎉 We have exciting news! Colorado Home Access for those with Disabilities (C.H.A.D.) has been awarded a 2026 New and Innovative Idea Grant (NIIG) from the Colorado Disability Opportunity Office (CDOO)!

With this grant, we'll educate real estate professionals and consumers to raise awareness of disability rights, fair housing rights and housing needs, so more Coloradans can find homes that work for them.

Thank you to the CDOO and the Colorado Disability Funding Committee for investing in this work and to everyone who has supported us along the way. 💙
