We all have heard that people with "Risk Factors" may have increased chance for severe symptoms. Not to freak you out, but, today the news was more focused on people with diabetes and Hypertension.

So the things that you can do and will make a difference pretty quickly (and I know most of you have a bit of time on your hands)
