Co-mmunity shop by , is a non-for-profit organization that provides programs and supports specially created for and with 18-30 year olds with intellectual disabilities to make the transition to adulthood less scary.
Visit this coming weeks and see the handmade work of amazing people

This Remembrance Day we honour the veterans, active duty service members, and their families who have served and continue to serve Canada during war, conflict, and peace.

Proceeds from all Solum sales today will be donated to Veterans Transition Network, to help veterans access timely, quality care in their transition back into civilian life.

The Veterans Transition Network is a national charity offering group counselling programs to Canadian veterans, to help them build a network of support and reconnect with their families, communities, and careers after service.
