One Year at Flow Wellness ATX—With Endless Gratitude!
It has been a full 12 months since I moved into this office, and my heart is overflowing with gratitude. This past year has brought incredible new clients, workshops, and experiences. When I first took on this space, I was so excited to have a dedicated group room, and the ideas were truly flowing.
The community we started back in 2021 has grown beautifully, allowing me to collaborate with inspiring local practitioners. Last August, I asked Beth to partner on group acupuncture, paired with my sound healing and Reiki. We also launched Student Reiki Shares to grow our collective skills, and we discovered that Alice could share her passion by leading group cacao ceremonies. While it took time for these ideas to manifest, the experiences that resonated have now become monthly offerings. I absolutely love having this space to cultivate community events.
Today, I am celebrating one year with Flow Wellness ATX and looking forward to everything still to come! I am deeply grateful to my breathwork workshop partner, Holly, for finding this location—and for the beautiful breathwork, sound, Reiki, and spinal flow workshops we share here. I am grateful to the Flow Massage & Wellness owners, who maintain the beautiful energy of this space. Most of all, I am grateful for you—for prioritizing your own wellness and trusting us to create a safe, healing environment for our community.

I am so excited for this one! Under the potent illumination of the July Full Moon, we are gathering at Flow Wellness ATX to shed stagnant energy and realign with our Higher Self and Inner Wisdom.
This is a seated meditation. You will get to completely immerse yourself in the resonance of the crystal singing bowls and more. Each participant will receive individual Reiki energy to assist with clearing and balancing. Afterward, we will serve herbal tea (for grounding) and have time to integrate the work.

From humble beginnings to a deep healing experience...
We began offering our "Meditation & Music" to the community in 2014 at Kind Spirit Yoga—a friend's studio—with just one 11-inch crystal bowl, a harp, a flute, and a few Tibetan bowls. I led guided meditations designed to enhance well-being and inner peace, while Michael accompanied on harp & flute.
Today, the heart of our practice remains the same, but we've added a few more crystal bowls, chimes, the didgeridoo, and other sound healing instruments. Together, we create a deeply supportive space for peace and natural healing to occur. Everything in this experience is responding to the group energy and is intended to support the community with uplifting frequencies. Become receptive to the soothing vibrations which can transport you to the realm of potentiality and bliss.
Our next "Sound Healing with Reiki" is on Wednesday @ 7pm on the night of the July Full Moon. The event will be held in the beautiful space at Flow Wellness ATX where my office is located.
