Every great band needs a reunion tour. 🎸

Old friends. New friends. Families who have watched each other’s kids grow up. And people who are about to meet someone else with Gorlin syndrome for the very first time.

Whether you've been part of the GSA community for years or you're just finding us, there's a place for you here.

Let's get the band back together. πŸ’œ

🎊 Exciting news! Together with its partners, PeDRA is pleased to announce the launch of two grant programs.

PeDRA has partnered with the Gorlin Syndrome Alliance (GSA) to launch the 2026 GSA-PeDRA Gorlin Syndrome Challenge Grant, supporting research focused on improving the diagnosis, treatment, prevention, and quality of life of children with Gorlin syndrome. Investigators are encouraged to submit innovative basic, translational, clinical, epidemiologic, or patient-centered research addressing critical gaps in pediatric basal cell carcinoma care.

Additionally, in collaboration with the Society for Pediatric Dermatology (SPD), PeDRA is thrilled to launch the 2026 Consensus Grant Program, supporting the development of evidence-based guidelines, best practice recommendations, and consensus treatment plans for pediatric skin diseases. The program aims to address gaps in care and reduce variability in treatment practices by supporting rigorous, collaborative consensus efforts.

Don't miss this opportunity to secure funding for your workβ€”the application deadline for both grant programs is Thursday, December 3 πŸ“…

Big ideas start with opportunity and today, we're excited to share one that brings us another step closer to better treatments and, ultimately, a cure for Gorlin syndrome.

The 2026 GSA Cure Accelerator Grant is now open! Through this program, the Gorlin Syndrome Alliance is investing up to $100,000 in research that reflects the priorities our community helped identify in the GSA Research Roadmap.

While this funding is for researchers and clinicians, every grant awarded is driven by one goal: improving the lives of people and families living with Gorlin syndrome.

Know a researcher or clinician who may be interested? Please share this opportunity with them!
