Rest deeply, let the dark transform you, trust in this process and become delicious compost
Feed the worms, and bugs and mushrooms
Feel how connected you are when you allow the silence and the Earth consume.
Only through this surrender can you rebuild and transform to the next chapter, the next rebirthing

//COLD MOON HERBAL BLESSINGS//
Its the final moon of this solar year. Many bright blessings to you!!! Full moons are a transitional time and this one relates to starting new cycles. I look at it as a good time to reflect and meditate. For all of our plant loving moon worshippers out there, take a moment to pause and go outside this evening. Take a flower essence that calls to you or take a bath tonight and meditate. Some of the herbs you may want to add to the bath include garden sage and rosemary. Time to think about releasing that which doesnt serve you and move into the light.
A little secret, who wants to join us in person for our Moonflower Herbfest next year???!!! We are plotting and planning to make that happen online and in person.

So excited to have our friend, Kat Maier, sharing with us this Sunday, on the first full moon of Spring. We will be discussing the water element in traditional energetic systems of medicine, and working with this element as a blessing for our gardens.

Did you know that Traditional Chinese Medicine considers water as the element that processes fear, as the Kidneys are considered the source of life and death and ancestral chi? We'll look at herbs to support our kidneys, and close with how to make a blessing bowl with the medicine of the night's full moon, which we can then take to our gardens or anywhere else you want to bless with the magic of the return of Spring.

All Moon Zooms are donation based. This month's donations will benefit Botanica Mobile Clinic in Charlottesville, VA,, of which Kat is a founding member.
