This 2.5-hour workshop will focus on healing-centered engagement—a framework that moves beyond trauma-informed care to support resilience, connection, and collective meaning-making through art.

Participants will engage in an experiential process by creating a glass mosaic bird, contributing to a larger public installation that reflects collective healing, remembrance, and community resilience.

It’s creative arts therapies week, and we are celebrating over here at STATA! 🎨

This week highlights the role of creative arts therapists (in our case, art therapists) and the many ways creativity can support healing, emotional processing, and mental health.

Art therapy is more than making art. It’s a clinical, trauma-informed approach that integrates psychology and creative expression practiced with a masters level trained and certified clinician.
