Sometimes, a mentor sees something in us before we’re able to see it ourselves. 💙
As we kick off our HFMA Northern California Mentorship Spotlight series, Ramona Hernandez reflects on the mentors who helped shape both her career and the leader she is today.

They believed in her. They challenged her. They encouraged her to grow beyond what she thought was possible.
Along the way, Ramona carried forward some powerful lessons:

And now, as a mentor herself, Ramona recognizes that mentorship goes both ways.
