the best little no lettuce salad ever to pair with anything!!

🍅 🥒:
1. Cut up cherry tomatoes or cucumbers or both!
2. Add chopped mint, dill, juice of 1 lemon, olive oil, & a dash of sea salt!
3. Serve! Taste better the second day;)

I started struggling with acne out of NOWHERE in my mid-twenties after being exposed to black mold in my home for over a year. It’s been such a long journey with my skin and learning to heal from the inside out!

Can’t wait to keep sharing more about my journey and progress, and in the mean time I’m learning BEING CONSISTENT is literally the most important thing!!
