✨“Life has a funny way of sneaking up on you…” ✨

I was 13 when my beautiful mama took me to the Greek theater to see my first official Alanis concert. 25 years later, I had the opportunity to take my beautiful girl to see her first official Alanis concert.

Life has a funny way to surprise you with amazing things and I truly have no words to express the gratitude I feel in my heart for it.

Live life, love those that surround you, learn life’s lessons and continue to grow.

Happy Earth Day Friends ✨
I don’t know about you but I am so grateful to be here. There are so many things that Mother Nature has given us and so many times we take it for granted. To make sure this doesn’t happen, my family and I bought a State Parks Pass and have been using it to its full potential.
Where have you gone? Explored anyplace new? Try it... you might just be surprised at what’s around the corner.

The discourse on EXTREME and AUTHENTIC power, in particular, is extremely powerful.⁣

We are taught that power corrupts, and this, dominant narrative is certain in the case of EXTERNAL power, which is the power to control our environment + everything in it. ⁣

Although external power inevitably results in violence + destruction, because it splinters our psyche to try and always be in control, AUTHENTIC power - the type of power we are hardly taught about as young people- is not only sacred, but critical for our personal evolution + growth (because it enables our personality to serve our soul rather than just our physical being).⁣

AUTHENTIC power is the power to love and accept without restriction, condition, judgment + fear. An authentically empowered person is one who is so strong that even the idea of using force doesn’t register within their consciousness. ⁣

Perhaps you are wondering how to cultivate AUTHENTIC power, so here are some ideas:⁣
⭐️ Create your reality with your intentions ⁣
⭐️ Honour + Revere Life⁣
⭐️ Be + Stay Humble ⁣
⭐️ Forgive others to let go of the negative energy that dims your light so you radiate more light + elevate your vibration⁣
⭐️ If something “negative” or “uncomfortable” happens, instead of being disheartened ask yourself “What is this teaching me?” In this way, even negative events serve as an opportunity to develop awareness of our shortcomings + help us grow.⁣
