Our 30-hour accredited Sound Healing Certification returns to Soul Strong Yoga | Round Rock + Hutto TX in Round Rock, October 3 and 4.

Two full days with us where you’ll play crystal bowls, Himalayan bowls, gongs, and chimes, learn the history, science, and energetics behind the practice, and lead in front of the group before you leave.

You’ll walk away as a Certified Sound Healer with 30 hours of CEUs recognized by Yoga Alliance, CMA, and ISTA, plus lifetime access to our resource library and mentorship through our graduate network.

We trained sound healers for years before we wrote Seasons of Sound. It’s your required text for the weekend and your companion long after.

So many new faces around here lately — it felt like time for a proper hello! 👋

We’re Julie and Jessica: co-authors of Seasons of Sound, sound healing instructors, and the kind of friends who can’t make it through a photoshoot without cracking up (exhibit A: slide one).

A little about each of us:
🌀Julie is the founder of Soul Strong Yoga and a lifelong educator, an E-RYT 500, a teacher training director and instructional designer who brings trauma-informed care and curriculum magic to everything she touches. Julie has a mild obsession with orca whales and her poodles. Just ask her.

🌀Jessica is the founder of Sound for Stress, an E-RYT 500, and a certified sound practitioner and meditation teacher. She has spent the last decade helping people slow down, one sound bath at a time. She’s an oat latte fanatic and first-time cat mom.

Side by side, we lead Seasons of Sound sound healing, gong, and crystal singing bowl certifications for yoga teachers, therapists, musicians, and anyone who’s ever felt a gong wash over them and thought, “I need to learn more about that.”

What we believe, in one line: sound is a practice for every body and every season of life.
