Very few actually give their body the position it needs to change.

If your calves, hamstrings, and hip flexors always feel tight, it’s not random. Modern life keeps us flat-footed, seated, and shortened. When you elevate the toes and control the angle, you shift tension where it belongs and finally give those tissues a reason to lengthen.

Long, elastic calves.
Stronger ankles.
Better squat depth.
Less strain on the knees.

Sometimes it’s not about doing more exercises — it’s about putting your body in the right position consistently.

If you’re serious about moving better this year, start with your foundation.

This slant board will work perfectly for me. It is light, it adjusts and folds up easily, and it has good grip. There is even a latch to keep it shut when you want to store it. I like that it has different notches to adjust the angle. I also like that it comes with a couple of resistance bands, one medium and one heavy, and it also has a training guide with different stretches and exercises. I can't wait to use this to do my physical therapy exercises at home! - Thank you Micheal Jones from Nevada, a gift box is on your way. 🫶🫶

The slant board does wonders for squats! As you can see my mom struggles to squat. She leans forward and her heels come off the ground. The slant board is the perfect solution as it elevated the heels, letting you sink into a deep squat more comfortably. Also great for getting to the root cause (MOBILITY). Flip around and stretch your ankles/calves. So many exercises to preform, it's a simple tool but has a great return if used often. Bring your legs back to life with this board. A customer told us this week: “I didn’t realize how stiff my ankles had become until I started using the slant board daily.”

He’s in his 30s, active, and not trying to train like an athlete every day — he just wanted his knees and ankles to stop holding him back.

After a short daily routine, he noticed better ankle mobility, less post-workout tightness, and smoother movement during regular workouts.

That’s exactly why we built Core Mobility USA.

Small consistent work. Stronger foundation. Better movement every day.

A few months ago, a 37-year-old customer from Nevada named Garret Michelle reached out to us.

Garret loves to run. He hikes desert trails on the weekends. Staying active isn’t optional for him — it’s who he is.

But his knees and ankles were starting to limit him.

It wasn’t a major injury. Just constant stiffness. Aching after runs. Ankles that felt unstable on uneven ground. He started shortening routes. Avoiding inclines. Second-guessing hikes he used to enjoy without thinking.

At 37, that hits hard. You don’t feel old — but your body starts acting like it.

Garret didn’t want to quit running. He didn’t want to “just rest.” He wanted to fix the foundation.

He started using our adjustable slant board daily. Five minutes in the morning. Controlled calf stretches. Knee-over-toe movements. Slow, supported squats to open up his ankles.

The first week exposed how tight and restricted he really was.

But instead of avoiding it, he trained it.

Within weeks, his ankles felt more stable. His knees tracked better. The lingering post-run stiffness started fading. More importantly, he stopped thinking about his joints mid-run.

That confidence came back.

Now the slant board is a non-negotiable part of his routine. It sits in his living room. Morning mobility before work. Quick reset after long hikes.

He still runs.
He still hikes.
He still pushes himself.

The difference is his foundation is stronger.

This isn’t about selling a board.

It’s about giving active people their movement back before they slowly give it up.

If you’re starting to feel your knees and ankles hold you back, don’t ignore it.

Rebuild the base — and keep moving.
