You ever make a mistake, even when you were trying hard not to? And it ends up messing up more than one thing?

Yeah... i did that today.
Got time zones wrong again, even though i had it plugged in to a time zone converter. This is something I've done probably a dozen times or more since i work internationally.

Making a mistake often brings up old feelings of shame and danger... as if i am diminished, going to lose respect or support, or like I've caused an irreparable breech... even though technically this is a minor inconvenience.

So today, I'm affirming for myself...
Im allowed to be human.
My value is not diminished by imperfections
Nothing important about me becomes less true when i make a mistake

Because that's what inner me needs to hear.

Not long ago, i would have shame spiraled.
Now i just notice the feelings, and give myself support.

This is what growth looks like 💗

Sometimes the problem isn't where you think it is. 🤔

A recent client was referred to me for the first time by his family. When he started his session, he mentioned he felt emotionally numb a lot and wished he had better motivation, so this is what we aimed at.

What emerged during our session were patterns that were set before his life began. One was absorbed from his mother before he was born, and another was an ancestral energy that originated 36 generations back that were both still influencing his present-day relationships and life. As these experiences were channeled for him, he related very strongly to these experiences as well as the emotions, body imbalances and beliefs encoded in them. This is how we know we're getting to the core of the issues.

It's fair to say that his mind was a bit blown 🤯

Within days, his family reached out to me and reported:

✅ His back pain stopped hurting (He didn't even tell me he had that problem!)

Some very old inherited energies came up through his father's lineage... and the channeled information was quite heartbreaking, what came through. He related very much to the experiences, emotions, body imbalances and beliefs that all came through.

Letting a garter snake (a/k/a garden snake) live around your garden provides significant benefits, primarily serving as highly effective, free, and natural pest control. They are the most common backyard species and are entirely harmless to humans and pets. Instead of damaging your landscaping, they act as quiet caretakers that preserve the health of your backyard ecosystem.

To elaborate, garter snakes hunt and eat plant-destroying pests like grasshoppers, Japanese beetles, crickets and grubs. They love devouring slugs, saving hostas and leafy greens from severe chew damage. Larger garter snakes eat mice and moles which destroy root systems and chew on expensive ornamental plants.

By aggressively lowering the local rodent population, snakes indirectly lower the presence of deer ticks that carry Lyme disease. Unlike other burrowing predators, snakes do not dig their own holes, chew on roots, or damage vegetation. They simply utilize pre-existing rodent tunnels to hunt.
