A chiropractor I was going to once told me that direction is more important than speed.

How fast we're going doesn't matter at all if we're headed in the wrong direction, and it only gets us father away from what we want. Better to slow down, discern, orient and move forward. Pause and check your inner compass before moving forward, and you'll be a lot more likely to end up where you want to go.

Have you been experiencing flooding, moisture issues, or have problems with bad smells in the house? I wanted to share a tool that I use that really helps kill mold in the air and removes bad smells very reliably.

This is an ozone machine. You put it in the area where the problem is, set the timer and leave the room. It is good to circulate air in the area after you finished, so if using in the bathroom, turn on fan and open window right after done using it. If in basement, after done using it, put a fan on to pull air out and to outside. Same in any area of your house.

You can use this in your car if you forget to put the windows up and it rains, making it funky in there. If you need to get rid of smoke smells, this works fantastically. I've had luck getting yucky pet smells out, and generally keeping things smelling very fresh.

It is important to get people, pets and plants out of the area you are using this in before turning it on. Otherwise, this machine is a big help, especially for the mold sensitive - and right now there is a $10 off coupon.
