I have two 10'9" benches up at the store. They are in really good shape and if I had a space for something that big, I would keep them, but I don't. They are very long and very heavy, so you will need a trailer and lots of strong arms, but they are FREE to the first person to pick them up! If you have a use for them, send me a message.

I've heard the words, "I just can't afford to use natural health products or holistic self care services because my insurance doesn't cover them". Or, "Is this Voo Doo stuff really worth the money?" Or "I tried that once and it didn't work". 🤔 Then, instead, so many of us medicate with prescriptions, alcohol, drugs, etc. or even worse habits.

Natural healing is a process. It doesn't happen overnight. Let's be totally honest...you didn't get to this space overnight either. You have to be willing to put in the time and effort for your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health. And guess what? YOU ARE WORTH IT.
