As winter settles in, I’m reminded that this season invites a slower rhythm — one of rest, reflection, and deeper listening.
This past year has felt heavy for many of us.
A year of endings, lifted veils, and hard truths coming into view.
And yet, I’ve been deeply moved by the beauty and strength that emerge when people come together — when we hold space for one another and help make life feel a little lighter. I know I’ve needed that light myself.
As we move toward the close of this year, I want to share some personal news.
After much reflection, I’ve made the decision to place Nourished Mothers on pause as I step into a new, full-time role as a Women’s Health Dietitian with Allara Health in the new year.
This decision carries a mix of emotions.
Nourished Mothers has been a source of deep pride and purpose for nearly nine years, and caring for women and families through tender seasons has shaped me in ways I’ll always carry forward.
This past year brought profound shifts, both personally and professionally. Through hardship and uncertainty, I felt an unmistakable, divine nudge toward a new chapter — one that asked me to loosen my grip on what I’ve built and step into unfamiliar territory with trust.
This transition is not a departure from my calling, but a transformation toward greater stability and support.
And still, I trust that this shift is guided.
I’m deeply grateful to be joining Allara Health, a women’s specialty care platform dedicated to treating complex hormonal, metabolic, and gynecological conditions through comprehensive, root-focused care. I’m honored to continue serving women within this model.
As of January 2026, I will not be accepting new clients, but I will continue to fully support my current clients through the completion of their care.
To every client, colleague, and provider who has trusted me — thank you. This work has been one of the most meaningful experiences of my life.
As this year comes to a close, I hope you, too, find space to honor what this season has asked of you. 🤍
