Register for 2026 school pre-physicals using the link below. Schedule one appointment: June 2 or July 30. Immediately after, go to FMC for the provider visit; no separate evening session this year. Complete all forms before your appointment, or your child will not receive a physical. Parental consent is required for immunizations.

The Fallon County Health Department had a productive April, marked by several significant events. On April 9, the nursing staff delivered puberty and hygiene education to 4th and 5th-grade students at Baker Schools. Later, on April 22, in collaboration with the Caring Foundation of Montana, the department provided immunizations for 6th graders and vision screenings for all students at both Baker and Plevna Schools. A Safety Day event was held on April 28, thanks to a partnership between the health department, Baker Police Department, EMS, dispatch, MTFWP, and the Sheriff’s Office, targeting students from kindergarten to 6th grade at Baker Schools. The health department supplied helmets for all students and donated bikes for a giveaway. Furthermore, the department took part in the Health Fair on April 29. Finally, the nursing staff provided s*x education to 9th through 12th-grade students at Plevna Schools on April 30.
