Colostrum is the foremilk produced by mammals before the onset of lactation. It contains 25 percent immunoglobulins (high-level IgG) and is rich in immune-protecting factors. These factors are known to stimulate cytokines and strengthen the intestinal lining. They say you learn something new every day, and today was no exception. I had the pleasure of attending the NSP Elevate event in Irvine, and it was truly amazing! We heard from Steven Horne and Lisa Duffy, both respected experts in their fields who have helped thousands of people around the world.
