For years, I believed getting older meant surrendering to pain, fatigue, and a mind wrapped in fog—until I found a way out.

Thirty years ago, aging hit me. My body felt like it was betraying me—bone-deep aches, stabbing migraines, and a constant exhaustion. I was terrified every time my heart fluttered. I remember lying in bed, wondering if I’d ever play with my grandkids, travel, or even wake up without pain again.

Business Wellness - Email Deliverability: Even though it's been around, I didn't understand what this was until recently.
Without going into a lot of detail, it improves email understanding and takes steps to improve this reputation.

What's Changed? Gmail & Yahoo Mail now place more emphasis on how users interact with your emails.

Why It Matters: Emails that users frequently open, reply to, or mark as important are more likely to be delivered to the inbox.
