I’m now doing medicine plant cultivation consultations! Find out what’s already growing on your land but also what would be perfect for the micro climate you already have whether it’s a shady spot, full sun or something in between. Got sandy soil? No problem you can still grow herbs. Have waterlogged soil. No prob you can still grow healing plants to harvest. Link in the bio under consultations for more info.

Just wanted to share this mother load of Motherwort (Leonurus cardiaca) harvest. She gives abundantly at the Ecliota sanctuary. I’ve never seen Motherwort get this large anywhere else. I’m in awe every year at her strength & stature.

It’s Honeysuckle season!! Even with all this rain we’ve been having that Honeysuckle aroma has been even sweeter.

Leaves & twigs can also become worked with.

Artichoke (Cynara scolymus) - annual. needs lots of room to grow. Lots of sun. 6 bucks.

Tulsi (O. africanum) - annual. needs at least a 3’x3’ space to grow. Will make a nice low growing bush. Lots of sun. 4 bucks.

Skullcap (Scutellaria lateriflora) - perennial. likes moist shady beds. 6 bucks.

We made a fresh Mimosa bark tincture!! Thank you Albizia julibrissin. I really didn’t want to cut your branches but they were shading the Tulsi beds. This is the best Mimosa bark medicine I’ve ever had! The Chinese name, He Huan (合欢), translates as “collective happiness”. Pretty much all plant names refer to their medicine. So cool.
