Food Prep!!

This morning, I baked a tray of lean white fish, seasoned with Tastefully Simple seasonings, browned 2 packs of ground turkey breast, and cooked 3 bags of brown rice to get me through the next couple days.

I like to cook in bulk, seperate things into the portions I need and have it ready for when I need it. For my brown rice, I empty the cooked and cooled bags into a gallon sized ziploc bag so I can just scoop out what I need to go with my meal. I do the same with my green beans. The celery is a quick and easy way to get your fibrous carbs in on the go so I like to have bags of them handy too.
