These goals and objectives will be achieved by providing awareness through seminars and workshops with a focus on empowering, literacy, self-efficacy and leadership. Three Star Purpose will provide a collaborated approach of assistance by working cooperatively with other agencies of mutual purpose throughout the Baltimore City area.
