Hi everyone, I thought I’d properly introduce myself. My name is Umar, and I’m a hypnotist and mindset coach based in the area.
Over the years, I’ve worked with people struggling with all kinds of challenges:

One thing I’ve learned is this:
Most people already KNOW what they should do. The real challenge is the subconscious patterns running underneath the behavior.
For example… Someone may consciously want to eat healthier, feel more confident, or stop overthinking — but emotionally, their brain keeps pulling them back into old habits and reactions
That’s why people often feel stuck repeating the same cycle over and over. What fascinates me most is watching how quickly people can change once those deeper patterns begin shifting.
I joined this group mainly to connect with people locally, contribute where I can, and share a few insights along the way about human behavior, mindset, and personal change.
