At Yoga Tree we help former & aspiring athletes (sick of feeling inactive, stiff & tired) who are READY to get stronger & stretch so they can reduce anxiety, sleep better and feel self-confident no matter what the rest of 2020 throws at them. With multiple classes to choose from each day. Our Classic 26+2, our signature series, is now available in 90 and 45 minute classes. This series of 26 hatha postures and 2 breathing exercises is designed to counter the damaging effects of our western lifestyle. Over use of the body as an athlete, under use of it as an office worker - all create long term problems. By balancing strength and flexibility of your muscles and aligning the skeleton you will heal old injuries and prevent new ones. Coming soon: chair yoga and beginners yoga. First time on skis for the kiddo and first time this century for me!

Loved it! Had an amazing teacher, followed him off a (little tiny) jump, skied slopes that just opened today 🐾❄️🎿
Helped a skier who dislocated his shoulder get out of the middle of the slope, helped ski patrol get to him while one of my classmates waited with him.
And now I’m just scheming when I’ll be back 🫶💙
