It was a slow start in January for my 2,022km running goal for the year. However, yesterday I reached the 500km milestone. Back on target. Fueling up for long runs is key to feeling good. Yesterday's fuel:
- 1 Banana
- Blackberries and raspberries with greek yogurt
- 4 eggs on toast
- Salmon and roasted asparagus
- Black coffee with protein powder
- Large slice of cheesy pizza 😃😬
- Water. Lots of water.
