Teaching Tuesdays @ 6:30a this summer!📍 Devils Lake North Shore

We need at least 4 folks to pre-register in order to hold the class, so please consider signing up for our first class on June 4th today 🌅

The peaceful moments when the park is still quiet, sun slowly illuminating the bluffs and water, surrounded by loving community, are truly a priceless way to infuse self care into your week 💗

Summer is almost here and we are exited to offer our Sunrise Yoga classes at Devils lake again.

In the yogic discipline, the morning is considered as a “divine time” and when an individual's spiritual energy is at its peak. Clarity, creativity, and peace of mind and body are benefits of a sunrise yoga practice because of fewer distractions prior to starting your day... Especially when you are surrounded by the beauty of Devil's lake's nature.

During the whole summer classes will be held on Tuesdays with Valerie and Friday mornings with Olga from 6:30 till 7:30am.

🧱Yoga with props is a well rounded, slower-paced yoga flow where we use things like blocks and pillows to support our body

😴 Yoga Nidra is even more than a deeply relaxing and restorative experience.. it’s a state of Being! We spend the first half doing gentle yoga stretches and the second half horizontal in guided meditation.

💻📱You can sign up via the MindBody app to join in person or virtually via Zoom. Sign up for the virtual option to have the recording emailed to you after class.

☯️ Yin Yang Yoga w/ Valerie ☯️

In this Yin Yang Workshop we’ll cultivate harmony between yin & yang energies as we move with the breath into the depths of autumn & our inner world.

This workshop will blend aspects of vinyasa & yin yoga and offer grounding breath practices to support you through this transition into the darker, colder months. We’ll remember our powerful, perpetual fire within via a heart opening flow, while honoring the call to slow with the seasons as we sit deeply with tranquil yin variations.

We hope to see you there in the studio or via Zoom!

Happy to be teaching restorative yoga today (11a CT) and this Yin/Yang workshop tomorrow! 🤍💧 Zoom & Baraboo studio options available ✨

This Sunday Feb 12th, Valerie will be offering a Yin/Yang yoga workshop with an extra focus on the hips and experiencing fluidity in our movement and breath.

We will begin flowing through vinyasa postures, and then slow things down in the second half to steep in Yin poses for up to 5 minutes while incorporating breath work and mindfulness.
