Let's talk about feminine power for a minute...

I've been studying energy for quite a while now and one subject that I've continuously felt confused about is the dynamic of masculine and feminine energy.

I've always known I had both energies inside of me, and only in recent years realized how much I have led my life in masculine energy.

It's been beautiful to lead. To plan. To assert. To assess. To contain. To hold. But there's also been many times of forcing. Of control. Of defensiveness and a lone wolf mentality.

In the past couple of years, I made a conscious effort to embrace more of my feminine energy and what I believe as a woman, is my feminine power.

I've intentionally practiced receptivity, surrender, patience, flow, and embraced my emotions and feelings. I've practiced giving myself the nurturing mother energy that I've missed for a long time.

And now, I feel ready to nurture others. I actually have more capacity to love and embrace and inspire and uplift, and I'm ready to expand my container of community.

I'm still not quite sure what this looks like within my business, but I know it's the beginning of something new, dope and powerful.

I feel beautiful, feminine, powerful, badass, soft, gentle and open.

At one point in my life, I knew something needed to change for me to feel free, but I didn't know what...

All I knew is that I felt this ache to be more of myself and for my life to reflect more of me.

It was a rough time in my life and I had just experienced a tragedy that left me in a major depressive spiral.

Part of me wanted to stop trying in life at all but there was still a little voice that kept saying, "there's freedom on the other side of this. There's a deeper joy than you could ever imagine."

I had no vision at the time. All I knew is that I needed a time away, and maybe time by a beach.

And so I followed that inkling and went to California to heal, and visions started pouring into my life like a waterfall. I felt a rebirth happen. A new drive to live again and pursue my own freedom.

Sometimes I think that the me now is the voice I heard back then. Like right now, I'm looking back at that time with love for my past self and I'm telling her "there's freedom on the other side of this. There's a deeper joy than you could ever imagine."

This is why I do what I do. I have felt my life completely flip upside down from a world of oppression, depression and heartache to a world of liberation, joy and fulfillment.

I am committed to living out a liberated lifestyle at all costs and I have committed myself to helping others do the same.
