A Morning of Gentle Yoga, Sound Healing, & Sisterhood

As summer bows to autumn, gift yourself a sacred pause—a morning just for you.


Nestled amongst the trees, intimate women’s gathering invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with your inner light. We’ll gather in circle, move through gentle heart-opening yoga, melt into a restorative sound bath in between rows of sunflowers, and close with a fire ceremony for renewal and transformation.

Let the sunflowers be your reminder: stand tall, open your heart, and turn toward the light—no matter the season you’re in.

INTUITIVE PAINTING IN THE PINES!!

What if the answers you’re searching for are already inside — waiting for a quiet moment to rise?

This past weekend, a group of courageous women hiked into the tall pines, picked up paint brushes, and gave themselves permission to listen — not to the noise of the world, but to the wisdom within.

Through movement, color, and mindful creation, we released the need for perfection and control. We let art lead us home — back to the voice of intuition, the one we’re often too busy to hear.
And that voice? It’s always been there.

Our intuition is a compass, a protector, a powerful force that helps us navigate the unknown. When we reconnect to it, we move through life with more clarity, confidence, and ease.

When’s the last time you painted — not for a final product, but for the process?
When’s the last time you let go of judgment and let yourself feel free?

This is what Kinnect Community, a conscious collective for women, is all about.

Still feeling the ripple effects from yesterday’s sound bath at .

It was our 11th sound bath together—how is that even possible?! So much gratitude for Shay, who’s been learning and growing alongside me on this journey. Watching her evolve into such an intuitive and attuned sound healer has been pure joy.

She’s a mother of triplets (yes, you read that right!)—and still shows up every time with openness, presence, and a playful spirit that lights up the room. Her heart leads the way, and I couldn’t be prouder of how far she’s come and the space she’s helping to create through sound. 💛

Here’s to the magic of growth, sisterhood, and sharing healing vibrations with our community.

This past Saturday, we gathered under the tall pines of Cuba Marsh for a forest sound bath—and something truly sacred unfolded.

We hiked together with curiosity and intention.
We connected in presence.
We laid on the Earth and let the healing sounds of crystal bowls wash over us.

In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, we slowed down enough to feel ourselves again—to breathe, to reset, to remember our true nature.

It was peaceful.
It was powerful.
It was medicine.

Wow. Just wow.

I’m still floating from the magic we created together in Tulum. Eleven women came together—not just to escape, but to reset, reconnect, and remember who we truly are. And what unfolded? Pure transformation.

From sunrise meditations to sacred ceremonies under the stars… from deep belly laughs to tears of release… every moment was a reminder that when women come together with intention, something powerful happens.

There are no words to fully capture the depth of what we experienced.

I’m beyond grateful for every soul who showed up, for the sacred land of Tulum, and for the reminder that true connection is the most powerful medicine of all.

We are currently brainstorming future retreats (Peru? Costa Rica? Sedona? Joshua Tree?) Where do you want to go? :) Send us a note and share your ideas!
