Because there is always someone who knows more. And being coachable is how I keep getting better, for myself and for the women I work with.
It's not just about the knowledge. It's the support, too. Having someone in your corner who sees what you can't see, pushes when you want to quit, and holds the standard when you're ready to let it slip.
That's what a coach does. And everyone deserves that.
