Good morning! We are back with a weekend update 😊

We all know life can feel as a balancing act. Balance requires flexibility to adjust to what is needed in the moment. Sometimes we must move fast and sometimes we must pause.

There are times that making appointments is just not possible.

🌿Today we are offering Reiki sessions for walk-ins 2PM-5PM, no appointment needed. Sessions can be 30 minutes or 1 hour, service based on availability. Yes, you can always call or text. If the needs strikes and you need to chill or would like to do something soothing, nourishing for yourself, just come by.
Find your balance!

🌿Beyond the Moment🌿

How often do we find ourselves searching for a moment of peace, or a quiet space where we can slow down, breathe, and reconnect?

During meditation, we may experience a sense of calm, clarity, or stillness. We may wish we could hold onto that feeling and carry it with us, just make it last longer.

However, the gift of meditation is not only found in the moments when we are sitting in stillness. It continues with us as we move through our lives.

The pause during meditation creates space in us. The awareness we cultivate during those moments begins to shape how we listen, how we see, how we respond, and how we meet each moment.

Like sunlight gently entering a room, the effects of our practice may unfold quietly and naturally. Gently, those moments will start illuminating parts of ourselves and our lives that we may not have noticed before.

🌿The Gift of a Pause🌿

How often do we move through our days carrying a list of things to do, goals to achieve, places to be, and people who need our attention?

Sometimes even the things that are meant to nourish us become another item on the list.

Meditation is not meant to be a task to complete or a goal to achieve. It is not something to master before we can benefit from it. Meditation has short term and long term benefits. Yet it is simply an invitation to pause, to breathe, and to reconnect within us in the present moment, wherever we are and however we are.

We can set down the roles we carry and simply be.

This week, consider: Can I offer myself a moment of stillness without needing it to accomplish anything?
