Lace up those sneakers, fam! 👟 Excited to share the run schedule for the next few weeks. It's awesome seeing our community grow with new runners joining us!

Heads up: as summer rolls in, we're switching to one run per week to keep things chill. Whether you're up for a run, walk, or jog, all paces are welcome! Plus, every now and then, we'll have a social hour post-run to kick back and celebrate together. 🍻 Stay tuned for the days and times. Let's keep smashing those goals! 💪

Alright, here's the updated post to celebrate Cassidy, Dallas, and Zaye's awesome achievement at the Berry Half Marathon today!

Huge shoutout to Cassidy Adams, Dallas Rutledge, and Zaye Harris for crushing the Berry Half Marathon today! 🎉 Huge congrats to Dallas and Cassidy on completing their FIRST EVER half marathon – what an incredible accomplishment! And way to go, Zaye, on rocking your second half marathon! 👏

Let's give these ladies some serious love and congratulations! Cassidy finished with an amazing time of 2:18:11, Dallas blazed through at 2:36:25, and Zaye rocked it at 2:49:34! Remember all those early morning runs, the sweat, the miles, and the sheer determination it took to get here? All that hard work paid off! You pushed yourselves, stayed focused, and conquered that course. You should be incredibly proud of yourselves! 💪💖
