Don’t make excuses—JUST DO IT. JUST SHOW UP! Nobody is coming to save you. Get up, put in the work, and stay consistent. Hard work pays off!

I had been wanting to try **Peace Pies in San Diego** for quite some time, and it was PHENOMENAL! 🔥🌱 The raw vegan tacos with kale chips were absolutely delicious, and that raw vegan mint cheesecake? AMAZING! 🤤💚

I also had the pleasure of meeting the owner in person. Great guy! Thank you for your hospitality—everything was lovely. I’ll definitely be back! 🙌🏾

Eating this way is the STANDARD! Y’all are sleeping on the raw vegan lifestyle! 🌱🔥

Family, I want to give a huge shout-out to my guy, my brother, and one of my closest friends! 🙌🏾❤️ Thank you so much for showing up for your brother. My boy came all the way from New Mexico with his family just to support me at the Los Angeles Wellness Summit.

He told me, "Bro, you're my brother. I had to come see you and support you." Man, that meant the world to me. Thank you for always believing in me, for your friendship, and for donating herbs to help make the event a success. That's real love! 🫂💯

Yesterday's 1st Los Angeles Wellness Summit was simply AMAZING! I'm not ready to do the full photo dump just yet because the photographer hasn't released all of the pictures, but I'll share a few for now.
First and foremost, I give all the glory to God. Thank You, Lord, for this incredible opportunity. I am truly grateful, humbled, and beyond blessed.

A huge thank you to my girl, Mrs. Natasha. Thank you for believing in me, encouraging me, pushing me beyond my comfort zone, and helping me recognize my worth and the greatness of the gift God placed inside of me. I wasn't even thinking about moving to LA until God used you to plant that seed. Thank you for seeing something in me.
To my cousins, Monica and Debbra Evans, thank you for driving three hours just to support me. Having my family there meant the world to me. I love you both so much, and I'm forever grateful for everything you've done.

To my girl Theresa, thank you for leading our Hip-Hop dance class and bringing such amazing energy. I truly appreciate your friendship and support.

To my brother Aaron, thank you for showing up and supporting me. Seeing you there meant everything, King. Thank you for your constant encouragement, your friendship, and for always pushing me to be better.
