Word of the year: INTENTION.
For the next 66 days, I’m not chasing motivation , I’m choosing discipline with purpose.
I’m committing to:
• 4–5 workouts a week
• 3–4 mobility sessions a week
• 10 pages of my Bible every single day
But being intentional means more than just checking boxes.
It means showing up even when I’m tired, choosing growth over comfort, and doing the small things daily that compound into something bigger.
It means training my body with respect, prioritizing recovery, and strengthening my faith just as much as my physique.
This isn’t about perfection.
It’s about alignment.
Mind. Body. Spirit.
For the next 66 days, I’m moving with purpose, praying with belief, and building discipline that lasts long after the challenge ends.
This is what intention looks like.
