Word of the year: INTENTION.

For the next 66 days, I’m not chasing motivation , I’m choosing discipline with purpose.

I’m committing to:
• 4–5 workouts a week
• 3–4 mobility sessions a week
• 10 pages of my Bible every single day

But being intentional means more than just checking boxes.

It means showing up even when I’m tired, choosing growth over comfort, and doing the small things daily that compound into something bigger.

It means training my body with respect, prioritizing recovery, and strengthening my faith just as much as my physique.

This isn’t about perfection.
It’s about alignment.
Mind. Body. Spirit.

For the next 66 days, I’m moving with purpose, praying with belief, and building discipline that lasts long after the challenge ends.

This is what intention looks like.

As 2025 comes to an end, my word for the year was DISCIPLINE .
I didn’t know how it would shape my year, but I knew I needed it.
This year became about recovery & recovering from major hip surgery & committing fully to the process.
Discipline meant honoring my healing and respecting every phase of movement.

Showing up for myself, even on the days I cried in the gym because my body wouldn’t move the way I wanted, is what changed everything.
I could’ve chosen comfort.
I could’ve stayed home, taken a pain pill, and skipped the work but I didn’t. And the proof is right here.

Discipline isn’t just a word, it’s a way of living. The smallest consistent efforts create the biggest transformations.

This year, I rebuilt my body and reminded myself that showing up always matters. 💪✨

As I head into 2026, I’m carrying that same discipline forward & I’m ready for bigger goals, stronger days, and continued growth, mentally and physically. 🙏🏼💪🏼🩷

- eating and eating enough, I’m close to 1800 calories & hitting my protein intake

- doing the same workouts but processing each time . Weather that’s increasing my weight or playing with the tempo.

- consistency ! Showing up 3-4 times a week to work on myself !

7 weeks training 2 x a week with me & 2 other days on her own doing a combination of group class + Zumba!
We are recomping her body & her body says it all!
Shawna also said since starting to train with me , she has noticed she no longer wakes up in the morning with a stiff back & she is hardly expericing any back pain!

Way to go Shawna! We are only 5 pounds away from you weight goal! Let’s keep killing it 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼

Client spot light ! Katie come to me 6 months pp wanting to lose fat & get back to her pre baby body! Over the past couple of months Katie has lost inches everywhere recomping & on top of that her husband won’t stop talking about how great her legs are looking + glutes . The pictures speak for themselves 😍 Getting her that hourglass shape with awesome glute & hamstring growth! Let’s go Katie ! Can’t wait to keep seeing you grow !
