Maria isn't just bringing another fitness class to Battle Creek — she's bringing a whole VIBE! 💪🎶

With a passion for dance, music, movement, and serious physical conditioning, Maria has created a fitness experience where RHYTHM MEETS GRIT!

From her background in various dance styles, including belly dancing, to her love for weightlifting and endurance training, Maria knows how to combine strength, sweat, and self-expression into one unforgettable workout.

Jess brings a refreshing energy to Invigorating Touch as she steps into the world of Reformer Pilates for the very first time, not just as an instructor, but as someone embracing her own journey of growth and discovery.

An artist at heart, Jess blends creativity, strong intuition, and a deep connection to the universe with her naturally grounded spirit. She has a gift for creating harmonious, welcoming spaces where people feel comfortable being themselves.

Her beginner Reformer Pilates classes are about more than learning movements. They're about exploring the connection between mind and body, finding balance, building confidence, and discovering strength one movement at a time.
