Have you ever felt like you’re living inside a salad spinner?

Everything is moving so damn fast that you can’t tell what’s yours anymore.

Your fear.
Someone else’s fear.
Your intuition.
Your overthinking.
What actually needs your attention.
What you picked up somewhere along the way and have been carrying around like it belongs to you.

And the harder you try to figure it out from inside the spin, the muddier it gets.

Sometimes we need someone standing outside the bowl.

That’s one of the things I love most about connecting with Spirit.

Your guides aren’t caught up in the spin with you. They can help us see what’s actually happening, what belongs to you, what doesn’t, and where your energy wants to move next.

🌊 A MESSAGE FROM THE LADY OF THE LAKE 🌊

I asked Spirit for a little encouragement this morning and this card flew out. 💜 I felt like it was meant to be shared.

The Lady of the Lake.

“New beginnings. Something is about to happen.”

She has appeared to me many times over the years, most recently as a beautiful vision while I was journeying in the Akashic Records, so when she came flying out this morning, I paid attention. 👀

The Lady of the Lake is connected with water, healing, magic, mystery and Avalon, but there was one piece of her story that really stood out to me today. Some traditions suggest “Lady of the Lake” may have been a role held by more than one priestess.

Different people, gifts, and ways of accessing the mystery, but same unseen waters. 🌊

And I think THAT is the message.

We aren’t all meant to experience our spiritual connection the same way. Some of us see images, symbols or visions. Some feel everything through emotion, sensation or energy. Some hear words, names, songs or phrases. Some of us don’t see or hear a damn thing, we just KNOW. 😂

🌊 When the unseen gets your attention, how does it most often reach you?

💗 LET ME FEEL IT • sensations, emotions, energy,

👂 TELL ME • words, phrases, songs, names

🍂✨ THE WHEEL IS TURNING

As we step into the Autumn Equinox, a moment of near-equal light and darkness and the seasonal celebration many modern Pagans call Mabon.

It’s a beautiful time to notice what this season is already teaching us:

🌾 What have you harvested from this year?
⚖️ Where could you use a little more balance?
🍂 What are you ready to let fall away?
🕯️ What do you want to carry with you into the darker months?

And honoring the season does NOT require an elaborate ritual.

Eat an apple.
Light a candle at dusk.
Take a walk and gather a few fallen leaves.
Make something warm and seasonal.
Give something away.
Write down what you’re ready to release.
Sit outside for five minutes and actually notice that the earth is changing.

Small acts. Deep magic.

The Wheel of the Year reminds us that we are part of these cycles too. We grow. We harvest. We release. We rest. And eventually, we begin again.

🌿 DRINK YOUR HERBS - sure why not

This morning I made a simple herbal infusion with fresh basil, rosemary and mint.

The what and The why:

🌿 Basil has traditionally been used to support digestion and brings antioxidant plant compounds to the cup. In The Magic, I work with basil for blessing, abundance and prosperity.

🌿 Rosemary is wonderfully aromatic and has a long history of culinary and traditional herbal use, particularly around digestion. Magically, rosemary is one of my favorites for clarity, remembrance and protection.

🌿 Mint is traditionally used to soothe and support digestion, and its bright aromatics make this whole blend feel fresh and awakening. I work with mint for renewal, movement and clearing stagnant energy.

I put the fresh herbs into my mortar and gently bruise them. I’m not pulverizing them. I just want to break the leaves enough to release those beautiful aromatic oils.

Then I place them in my cup, pour hot water over them, cover it and let it steep for about 7–10 minutes.

And while I’m preparing it, I add The Magic:

Basil, bring blessing.
Rosemary, make clear.
Mint, move what has grown stagnant.

May what nourishes me enter.
May what weighs on me leave.
May my mind be clear,
my heart be open,
and my path be blessed.

I receive what is meant for me.
And so it is.

Then I drink my herbs. 🌿🫖✨

This is the kind of Magic I love.

Useful. Intentional. Rooted in plants humans have worked with for generations.

And sitting right there in your kitchen.
