You couldn’t guess what was on the other side of the card.

Nothing popped into your head.

LIFE FORCE Energy.

Qi. Chi. Prana. Spirit.
Every culture has a name for the current of LIFE moving through us.

But what happens when that current starts feeling more like a trickle?

Sometimes you’re still doing all the things.
Still taking care of everyone.
Still showing up.
Still handling life.

But, your spark feels scattered into a hundred different places;
old relationships, responsibilities, years of caregiving, survival mode, versions of yourself you’ve outgrown, dreams you put down, and all those places where you gave more of yourself than you ever got back.

And eventually you realize…

Yesterday I spent some time intentionally shifting the Life Force within myself and my home. I lit incense in my three main rooms and walked through the house drumming and chanting love mantras.

My luvs, it shifted things.

Not only in my own energy, but the entire HOUSE felt different.

It’s not just some mystical concept to learn about.

It can be experienced.
Felt.
Moved.
Strengthened.

And called HOME.
