I hope everyone had a meaningful Memorial Day this year 🇺🇸❤️

While Memorial Day has come and gone, and many of us were blessed to spend time with friends and family while honoring the Veterans we love dearly, I hope we can all carry one important thing with us moving forward:
Make every interaction you have with a Veteran a meaningful one.

I learned something truly eye-opening today, only about 50–52% of eligible Veterans utilize their VA benefits. That means so many Veterans may be missing out on services and support they have rightfully earned through their sacrifice and service.

The VA, like many healthcare systems, can be overwhelming and difficult to navigate. But if we continue to educate ourselves, share resources, and support one another, we can help bridge that gap and better serve those who have so graciously served us.

A simple conversation, listening ear, or willingness to help guide someone can make more of a difference than we realize. 💚
To all Veterans, thank you, today and every day.

On behalf of our Veterans and their families, we’re asking for just 2 minutes of your time today. 💚

Please call your representative in Washington and ask them to support and pass HR 6022, the Green Star Service Flag Act. This important legislation honors Veterans who have died by su***de on or after September 11, 2001.

The Green Star Service Flag is more than a symbol, it is recognition, remembrance, and a step toward healing for families who have experienced unimaginable loss. By acknowledging these heroes, we can help break the stigma surrounding Veteran mental health and open the door for more awareness, support, and compassion.

This could be the beginning of something much bigger for our Veterans and the mental health support they deserve.

🚨 BIG news in the fight against Alzheimer’s! 🧠💜

For the first time, simple blood tests can now help screen for Alzheimer’s disease earlier than ever before, but Medicare currently cannot cover them unless Congress takes action.

The bipartisan Alzheimer’s Screening and Prevention (ASAP) Act would help change that and give families access to earlier detection and support.

📞 I’m asking you to take just TWO minutes to call your member of Congress and ask them to support the ASAP Act. Even voicemails make a difference!

I’ve already made my call, will you? 💜

Together, we can help move Alzheimer’s care and early detection forward. Please share to help spread the word! ✨

June and her amazing team will be hosting a Bake Sale on May 21st! 🍪🧁🍰

If you’d like to donate baked goods, please make sure to get them to June the day prior so they have plenty of time to get everything set up!

And the fun doesn’t stop there… 🎉
They’ll also be hosting another Bake Sale AND a Silent Auction on June 16th from 10am–3pm! 🎁✨
