Breakfast does not have to be complicated to be powerful. 💕

This morning was simple, beautiful, and exactly what my body needed.

Protein ✔️Color ✔️Crunch ✔️Blood sugar support ✔️

I started with THM Optimized Collagen for that protein boost, added some fresh fruit, cucumbers for extra goodness, and a sprinkle of nuts for crunch and healthy fats.

100% on plan eatin’ at Disney World!! Today’s lunch was a mobile order at Columbia Harbor House in Magic Kingdom. Salmon and double green beans (it has two sides green beans & rice- I just subbed the rice for another helping of green beans right in the Disney app).

Last night inside Blooms we made the cutest little summer drink together and y’all, simple things really do make life more fun. 💕

I love this verse because it reminds me that God cares about every part of us. He cares about our hearts, our minds, our relationships, and yes, even our health.

This one right here is SO good! I LOVE a mindset shift!💕

Jeanette shared this HUGE victory inside Blooms. Y’all this is huge, because so many women are exhausted from the cycle of all-or-nothing thinking. Super strict one week, completely off track the next. Starting over every Monday. Swinging between extremes.

One of the biggest things we work on inside Blooms is learning how to build steadiness. Consistency. Real-life sustainability. Healthier rhythms that actually last 💕

Can anybody else relate to this kind of mindset shift? 👏
