Not just witches.. everyone! ❤️🌲🌞🌝⭐️🌊🔥🌬🌎

When you find life is getting too much or your feeling hurt, go to a woodland, beach or countryside where it will be quiet, make sure there is a bed of water such as a lake, river or the ocean and just stay there for as long as you need. listen to the wind, the water, the animals, the trees, bury your feet in mud or sand ask for answers and allow yourself to heal.

🌒🌕🌗 🌞 beautiful summary of the symbolism behind the Moon & Sun.

The sun and the moon in Wicca.

The sun is the symbol of the divine God. It is the dying and rebirth of the God whose phases through the sun's life cycle are marked by the wheel of the year, the seasons, the equinoxes and the solstices, Wiccans call these Sabbats there are 8 Sabbats throughout the year, they are: Spring (Imbolc), Spring Equinox (Ostara), Summer (Beltane), Summer Solstice (Litha), Autumn (lughnasadh), Autumn Equinox (Mabon), Winter (Samhain) and Winter Solstice (Yule). The sun is born as it begins waxing at the Winter Solstice, matures in Spring, peaks in Summer then starts to wane in Autumn and Winter and is then born again at Winter Solstice. It is the ultimate symbol of the divine life of the God. The sun sustains life, it is strength and power and it gives us so much. It keeps us warm, gives us light and makes crops and seeds grow.

The full moon is a time of magic and a time to worship the Goddess, wiccans call the full moon an Esbat. The moon is a symbol of the divine Goddess. It is connected to women's menstrual cycles. The moon rules the tides of the seas and oceans (earth's blood) The full moon is the time of celestial ovulation, while the new moon is the period of menstruation. The Goddess is the queen of heaven, symbolized by the moon, ruler of psychic powers and the realms unseen. The moon is a triple Goddess, on the waxing moon she is a young maiden, on the full moon (pregnant) she is the mother and on the waning and new moon she is the crone (maiden, mother and crone). The moon's large magnetic pull protects us from asteroids and other dangers.

The moon and the sun are just exactly the right distance away from the earth so that every now and again the moon covers the sun perfectly to create a total eclipse, the chances of this being just a coincidence is 1 billion to 1. Both the moon and the sun sustain all life on Earth.
