Formerly known as TLSx, we’ve been part of the Austin fitness community for over a decade. We’re an award-winning studio, recognized for our dedication to the people we serve and the community we’ve built. What began as high-intensity, low-impact strength training has evolved into something more intentional, more refined, and fully centered on you. Our programming is structured with purpose. The w

orkout challenges you physically while keeping the impact gentle on your joints. Every class is curated, designed to meet you where you're at and help drive you towards your goals. What sets us apart is how we coach: we take the time to understand your goals. We pay attention to how your body moves, and our instructors adjust in real time so you feel supported, challenged, and seen. Even in a group setting, there is a 1:1 connection. This isn’t one-size-fits-all fitness: it’s intentional training built to help you see real results. All fitness levels are welcome. Persona Pilates serves Austin across five locations: Hill Country, Dripping Springs, Downtown, Arbor Town Square, and South Lamar, with more opening soon.
