Good morning and Happy Monday!
The energy lately has been like a not so fun rollercoaster, leaving many feeling frustrated and stuck. You're not stuck. Life always has movement. Sometimes it's fast, and sometimes it slows to a crawl. This can give the feeling of going backward. You're not going backward. When it slows, that's the time to turn inward. During these times, if you start to feel frustrated, remember that it's an opportunity to rest, reassess, and reset.
There's an alignment happening that's allowing feelings of love and forgiveness to occur without sacrificing your needs. Emotions are on the same rollercoaster. Allow them to surface and to pass on through without judgement. They'll bring awareness to patterns within ourselves and relationships that you may not have seen before.
Allow clarity to come naturally without forcing...patience.
Take care of you and your needs first, so that you can better take care of your loved ones.
