Note to self:

Make sure I block before doing reiki on my own dog…

Norman has been quiet lately and I just wanted to make sure he was ok healthwise. Norman was the 1st animal I ever did reiki on when he was a very sick puppy.
“Tuning in” I had my hand on his heart chakra (without noticing) and I pick up this wave of grief😳. He misses Shadow. 😢😢 Me too buddy, me too. 💔
