Noah James oh the places you will go ! This year was great and we’re so proud! So excited for next year moving on up to being fully immersed in Kindergarten (with resource) 💚💙💚 big thank you to all of our friends at BCP for helping us get here today, my how much he has learned!

🚨🎉 BIG NEWS IN THE HOUSE 🎉🚨
Today, our boy Noah made P*E P*E ON THE POTTY for the VERY FIRST TIME!

Yes, he’s six and a half. Yes, this journey has been long, emotional, and honestly exhausting at times. And YES — today he looked like he was going going to hide behind the couch but I grabbed him and he sat for a few minutes, asked to be done several times, and then… surprise! He actually went!

The look on his face when he realized it was a good thing was priceless. And then he decided, “Hey… I can do more!” 😂

We are so proud of him. Progress is progress, and today was a HUGE step forward.

Update : enlarged adenoids have been removed , our ear test revealed that we do have a little trouble hearing lower tone...

Update : enlarged adenoids have been removed , our ear test revealed that we do have a little trouble hearing lower tones but should not impact our speech and hearing too much. All Labs were drawn and all ultrasounds completed while he was under. Good news : hopefully he breathes better and gets adequate rest, kidneys are currently clear of any stones , liver, spleen, gallbladder all normal !!!! Phew it was a long day of rushing and waiting , but it’s all done! (Dad makes the best pre op tents)

Now that Mardi Gras season has come to an end Noah’s having a little procedure tomorrow mostly in an attempt to tackle a bunch of things at once (since he tends to fight during anything that requires sitting still , also could be a bit of white coat syndrome) 🙄 Anyway, Thanks to his doctors who were willing to send orders, coordinate and conquer! Welp in case anyone else needs to know, Noah James collided with a pole while playing at recess today! Took him to have it looked at and made sure no 🤕 he suffered a loose upper tooth and a nice gash in his lower lip. (While the bleeding has subsided for now, there’s nothing to do for a busted lip so will just watch it stays clean and heals on its own)
