Support independence, joy and connection

Have you ever struggled to find tools and support that truly help when caring for someone living with dementia? 💜

Many caregivers end up piecing together random products from Amazon that were never truly designed for this journey. Helping great caregivers become the best care partners you can be is at heart of our mission.

That’s why we created Seattle’s First-Ever Dementia-Inclusive & Caregiving-Friendly Products Pop-Up. 💜

A welcoming space to discover thoughtfully designed mission-driven products, adaptive tools, sensory experiences, and caregiving innovations that make daily life easier and more human.

Best of all, this is a dementia-friendly and ADA-accessible experience, so everyone with a genuine interest in better caregiving is welcome!

Aegeliss at the 2026 Washington Health Care Association Annual Conference 💜

Our founder, Ju, was invited to speak during a breakout session on “Creating Adaptive Spaces and Activities for Residents with Dementia.”

The session explored the concept of cognitive accessibility, why it matters in everyday life, and why it is especially important in memory care. Beyond the “what” and “why,” Ju shared immediately implementable strategies around physical space design, visual supports, and adaptive activity experiences that enable residents to self-initiate way finding, item retrieval with confidence and be more involved in daily activities and daily routines.

The room was full, and the energy and engagement during the late afternoon session were unforgettable. Thank you to everyone who shared your stories, asked thoughtful questions, and stopped by with kind and encouraging words. It truly meant so much.

A huge 💜 to all the SNF, LTC, rehabilitation, and senior living professionals working every day to create compassionate experiences for residents and families.

Activity professionals never stop amazing us with their creativity 💜

Rabecka, Activity Specialist at Norlite Nursing Home, shared how she would turn Aegeliss puzzles into a fun and engaging competition for residents — transforming the experience from a solo activity into something social, collaborative, and full of energy.

That’s the beauty of adaptive activities. One simple tool can spark conversation, teamwork, laughter, and meaningful moments in so many different ways.

Beyond a puzzle, creativity shines ✨

Hear what she shared!🎤

Proud moment - Our partnership with 💜Link in bio

We are honored to partner with AskSAMIE, the occupational therapy platform created by Dr. Brandy Archie, to help more caregivers and older adults access thoughtful, practical support in everyday life.

At Aegeliss, we deeply believe caregiving should feel more supported, empowering, and human-centered. From cognitive accessibility to meaningful engagement, this partnership brings together two missions rooted in dignity, independence, and real-life impact.

Dr. Brandy has been a powerful advocate for aging well and making expert OT guidance accessible to families and fellow OTs. Her trust in Aegeliss means so much to us.

We are excited for what we can build together for caregivers, care partners, and the people they love.

Mother’s Day note from five and seven year old to all moms, grandmas, great grandmas and all fearless care partners wearing various capes💐

We’re lucky to be raised by generations of strong and loving moms. And lucky that their love continues through our mom every single day.

We think you’ll find the most special gifts that you and your moms love here!

Caregiving doesn’t fall through cracks. It falls through craters. That was one of the many learnings at the 2026 Education Conference hosted by .

We heard from caregivers who had to fight for answers, for dignity, for the right care.
We heard from experts reminding us that behavior is communication, not a problem to fix.
We learned collaboration matters in advocacy and various neurodegenerative disease organizations must be united on the advocacy front.

And the most important reminder: Caregivers should not have to navigate this alone.

To every family, advocate, researcher, and AFTD leader who shared your story—thank you. Your courage is moving this field forward.

We’re leaving inspired, connected, and even more committed to building a world where people living with cognitive challenges are supported with independence, joy, and dignity.

Activity professionals and Life Enrichment Teams are the heart of daily life in senior living. They’re the ones who bring energy, connection, and purpose into each day for residents and for families who can’t always be there.

At 2026 NAAP, we met so many of you.

The ones who remember every resident’s favorite song. Who notice the quiet ones and gently bring them in. Who turn ordinary afternoons into joyful competitions and gamification experience.

Being there felt like finding a community that truly gets it. And the Creativity Challenge? You blew us away.

If no one told you this recently: What you do matters more than you know 💜

Day 2 and 3 at Alter Dementia: Live, Love & Learn.

We learned so much from the hallway conversations in addition to the stage. The honest moments between sessions. The stories people carried quietly. The ideas shared in passing that stayed with us long after.

Honest conversations about faith, science, caregiving, community… there were many different whys that brought people here. Yet the common thread was clear: a shared desire to make this journey better for loved ones and for the people they serve in their congregations.

We’re leaving Atlanta with full hearts, fresh perspectives, and a strong belief that education, connection, and innovation in faith-based communities can change minds and lives.

Thank you to everyone who shared with us and inspired us. 💜
