"Clean eating" might be the most confident mistake men make.

We pulled the data from 50,000 Viome tests. The foods men trust most (ah yes, the lean beef) were often the ones flagged to minimize.

"Clean" was never a biological category. It's a marketing one.

Someone slapped a health halo on certain foods, and we've eaten by the label ever since without checking what our own bodies actually do with them.

The point is: "healthy for everyone" doesn't stand up against the data.
