For most of history, "know thyself" was philosophy.
The Greeks said it.
Buddhist teachers said it.
Every spiritual tradition has some version of it.
"Understand yourself more deeply", but the tools to actually do that, at the level of the body, didn't exist until very recently.
Something has changed in the last decade.
The science of reading individual biology has caught up to the ancient instruction.
We can now measure what your specific microbiome is producing.
What your cells are responding to.
How your genes are being expressed in response to the actual life you're living.
The data has always been there.
What's new is our ability to read it accurately, interpret it intelligently, and translate it into something you can actually act on.
The combination of all three (biology, science, and AI) is what turns observation into precision.
"Know thyself" was the right instruction.
We finally have the tools to actually do it.
