WWU Mindfulness Club

WWU Mindfulness Club Mindfulness can be described as the process of paying attention to present moment experiences with openness and acceptance.

It involves the careful observation of our mental states with the kind intention of being with them as they are. When we lend our effort to this practice, we can nurture some important facets of mental well-being: adaptability, coherence, energy, and stability of our inner lives that allows us to live with compassion and vitality. The purpose of Mindfulness club is to provide a space for us to sha

re and explore the lessons of mindful practice together. Take a moment away from the stresses of daily life to breathe and unwind into our paths toward personal development.
