Ingredients:
- romaine
- cherry tomatoes
- red onion
- corn
- black beans
- ground turkey with taco seasoning
- maize corn tortilla chips
Topped with a yogurt base chipotle crema sauce.

Breakfast tacos never miss 😍🤤🌮🍳

Ingredients:
- 6 scrambled eggs
- 2% mozzarella cheese
- Trader Joe’s vegan pesto
- roasted tomatoes
Scrambled all these ingredients and plated on toasted almond flour tortillas. Delish!!

I used tortilla chips, ground chicken with taco seasoning, shredded cheese, corn, tomatoes, diced avocado.

There are so many ways to level up your nachos and add healthy nutrients. Plenty of room for allll the added veggies🍅🌽🌶️🥑

Full credit to my sister for introducing me to salmon poke bowls 😍 they’re so good and easy I’m obsessed.
Recipe:
1 lb salmon, cubed
1tbsp sesame oil
1/3 cup coconut aminos
1 clove fresh garlic
~2 tbsp honey
1tsp ground ginger.
I let this marinate for about 3 hours, then air fried at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Plated 1/4 cup brown Janine rice, sliced avocado, and broccoli sautéed in coconut aminos, sesame oil, and garlic.

* you can sub coconut aminos for soy sauce!

Friday night self care includes a workout, making a nice dinner, and putting on a classic movie.

Our first go around with making butter chicken and it was *chef’s kiss* 😘🤌🏻

Loved all the fresh spices that went into this dish & shaking up the normal routine with a new recipe!!

Most importantly, it paired fairly well with Pinot noir 🍷
