Non-scale victory today that caught me completely off guard…

I crossed my legs while sitting and didn’t even notice.

It was just comfortable.

For a long time that wasn’t even an option.
My pants felt tight.
My hips hurt.
Or my legs just… weren’t crossing 😅

It’s funny the little things you stop thinking about until one day you realize they’re different.
