Asked my body what it wanted and she said "fruit" & make it beautiful.
So I did. 🌿

As I was chopping I caught myself thinking 💭 should I eat something more substantial? is this too much sugar? is this...

And then I stopped. And I laughed. Because even in that moment, making myself something genuinely delicious and nourishing, there was a little voice questioning whether I deserved it.

Maybe you know that voice too.

The one that talks you out of the good fruit because it's a little more expensive. The one that says that's too much, too indulgent, too nice ~ as if you haven't earned the right to your own pleasure.

I've been in a quiet excavation of that belief lately. The one that says good things are for other people. That I should settle, stay small, not want too much.

And here's what I know now ~ that belief is a lie. 💛
You deserve the beautiful fruit bowl. The good olive oil. The flowers on the table. The slow morning. The life that actually feels good in your body.

Not when you've earned it. Not when everything is figured out. Right now. As you are. 🌿

Your body knows what it needs. The practice is learning to listen ~ and then actually giving it to yourself.

That's body wisdom in action. And it starts with the fruit bowl. 🍑✨

Last night I was struggling. 🌙

Emotional, headachy, couldn't settle. My nervous system was loud and my body just would not land.
And then I remembered ~ I have a tool for this.

I touched a few points on my head. Just held them, gently. And within moments my body started to exhale. The tension began to soften. The headache started to quiet. And eventually ~ I drifted off to sleep.

That tool is called Access Bars. ✨

Access Bars is a gentle, hands-on modality that works with 32 points on the head ~ each one corresponding to a different area of life. Thoughts, feelings, emotions, beliefs, patterns that have been running on loop in your system, often without you even knowing it.

When these points are lightly held, the electromagnetic charge of those stored thoughts and feelings begins to release. Like clearing the cache on a computer. Your system gets to exhale. 🌿

Where attention goes, energy flows. 🌀

It sounds simple. And it is ~ and it also takes real practice.

Because we live in a world that is very good at pulling our focus toward what's wrong. What hurts. What's scary. What's broken ~ in our bodies, in our lives, in the world around us.

And I'm not here to bypass any of that. The hard things are real. The pain is real. ✨

But here's what I know from the inside out ~ what we focus on, we feed. And we get to choose, moment to moment, where that energy goes.

Not from toxic positivity. Not from pretending everything is fine. But from a genuine, embodied belief that something greater is possible. That there is another frequency available to us ~ and we can tune to it.

In your own life, that might look like:
♡ Noticing what your body can do instead of what it can't
♡ Catching the thought spiral and gently redirecting
♡ Finding one thing, just one, that feels like a yes today 🌱

And here's the part that lights me up ~~
This isn't just personal work. It's collective medicine.
When you redirect your attention. When you choose to focus on possibility instead of pain. When you become the embodiment of a different frequency ~ that ripples. It moves through the people around you, through your community, through the collective field we all share.

We are not separate from each other. What lives in us, lives in the world. 🌍

So the most radical thing you can do right now ~ for yourself and for everyone around you ~ is to decide that your inner landscape matters. That where you place your attention is one of the most powerful choices you make every single day.

You don't have to have it all figured out. You just have to be willing to look in a different direction.

That's where it starts. 💛

I've experienced a lot of things in my body over the years — but this particular kind of dizziness was new. The kind that comes after you've allowed something large to move through you. After you've let yourself be truly seen, truly soft, truly open in a way you maybe haven't been in a while.

I'm calling it a vulnerability hangover.
And my first instinct — especially with a day ahead of me — was to fix it. Shift it. Speed up the process. Do the thing where I push through and will myself back to functional.

But that's the masculine move. And this moment was asking for something different.

So instead I moved slowly. I gave myself the morning. I let the spaciousness be the medicine.

And here's what I noticed: when I stopped trying to fix it and just allowed it — breathed into the discomfort, said welcome, said thank you — it began to shift on its own. Lighter and lighter as the morning went on. By the time I needed to show up for my day, I was ready.
Not because I forced it.

Because I let it be.

This is something I think about a lot — how often we experience something in the body that feels uncomfortable or unfamiliar and immediately make it wrong. Try to fix it, override it, get back to normal as fast as possible.

But what if the discomfort isn't the problem?
What if it's the integration?

The body knows how to process. It knows how to recalibrate. It knows how to move big energy through. What it needs from us is not fixing.

It needs spaciousness. Softness. Permission to do what it already knows how to do.

There is something profound waiting on the other side of sitting with discomfort instead of running from it. I felt it today.

If your body is speaking loudly right now — in whatever form that takes — I want you to consider: what if instead of fixing it, you just allowed it?

What would it feel like to say welcome, and mean it?

This is what a Monday can look like when you choose yourself. 🌿

When you decide that your life gets to be designed by you — your schedule, your pace, your presence.

There's a kind of courage it takes to step forward into that. To say I'm going to build something that's mine.

To show up in the world as you are, uniquely and unapologetically, and trust that being you is enough — more than enough. That you get to be paid to be you.
It doesn't always feel easy. But it always feels true.
And when you're rooted in that truth? Joy shows up. Slow mornings show up. Sunny, unrushed mornings on a Monday show up. ☀️🐾

Something shifted in me today.

I sat with Gene Key 27 🧬🔑 the key of Selfishness, Altruism and Selflessness. Something Richard Rudd said landed in a completely new way.

"True power is giving of yourself out of the joy of your own heart, out of the generosity of your own inner being."

Not from obligation. Not from guilt. Not from the desperate hope that if you give enough, you'll finally feel worthy of receiving.

From JOY! From overflow! From a cup so full it cannot help but spill.

This is where I've had to do the deepest work... learning that caring for myself first isn't selfishness. It's the prerequisite to everything.

Because here's what Gene Key 27 makes undeniably clear: when we tend to our own body, our own purpose, our own inner life — we don't become more selfish. We become more available. More alive. More capable of genuine contribution.

🌀As within, so without.🌀

The state of the collective is a reflection of the state of the individual. And when we begin to locate our higher purpose — our unique blueprint, our specific gifts — something extraordinary happens.

Richard says it this way:

The gym taught me something I wasn't expecting.

That the wall I kept hitting mid-set?

It wasn't my muscles.

It was my mind ~ deciding I was done before my body actually was.

We do this everywhere. In our work, our relationships, our dreams. We convince ourselves we can't long before we've actually found out.

Training to failure changed that for me.

Not because it made me tougher. Because it taught me to feel the difference between I'm done and I'm afraid.

Your nervous system is designed to protect you ~ it signals stop before you're actually at your limit. That's not weakness. That's biology.

But when you learn to stay in it ~ past that first signal ~ the body starts showing the mind what's actually possible.

And that knowing? It transfers.

Into every room you walk into. Every hard conversation. Every time you almost talked yourself out of something that was meant for you.

This is what I mean when I talk about body wisdom.

The body has always been the teacher.
